  They kept my car waaaay longer than what they should have. The excuse was not good enough. They tried to blame it on parts and labor, but it doesn't take 2 mos for that!

  I have waited a bit before giving this review for several reasons, but mainly because I let someone talk me into believing something that wasn't true. First let me say that they do very good work. But when I got my car back I noticed the rear quarter had been painted. A client that was present at the time convinced me that it should not have been painted and it must be because they hid something. It had actually happened on another vehicle I own with one of the dealerships around here just a week before so admittedly I was gun shy. I made a bit of a fuss with them before I went and actually talked to a real painter and he explained it absolutely had to be done and explained why. My only problem was that I thought something had been done without telling me. Part of what I was seeing was something I totally forgot about. There was a long drip in the ceramic coating. I always thought the car looked pretty damn good. I'm extremely picky because part of what I do is paint correction and this car was basically a showcase of my work. In the end, I called and apologized and have to admit that I was wrong and the car really does look amazing. So I guess the big lesson here is if you question anything, go directly to them and ask the question. And maybe just a little more explaining about what was done to your car might help. I do highly recommend them, and would go back if I ever needed something done if I can get over feeling very guilty about what transpired.

  Our vehicle was damaged in a fender-bender, the other driver's insurance covered the repairs. After hearing horror stories about dealing with repairs after a collision, I was dreading this. Imagine my surprise to have everything go completely smoothly. The insurance agent on site worked up the quote, we set up the repair appointment and a rental reservation. When I dropped off the vehicle, the repair shop did a once-over with me to note existing unrelated scratches, and the areas to be repaired. The guy was kind and humorous, which helped make a stressful situation less tense. The repairs ended up taking longer than initially estimated, due to finding damage that wasn't visible at the outset, and parts delays. That's completely understandable, and beyond their control. They kept us updated frequently, and clearly explained what was going on. I picked up the vehicle, and it looked like the collision never happened. I am completely satisfied with the work, and the level of service we received. I was even able to return the rental vehicle right there at the front desk instead of having to drive it back to the rental office. I would most definitely recommend this shop.
