  Had a great experience getting my oil changed here. Bob was informative and took the time to explain everything clearly without being pushy about extra services. The whole process was quick and efficient. They got us in and out in no time. Definitely recommend.

  Drove right on in to have my oil changed. James did a fantastic job in letting me know any additional things that my car may need. I will be returning later on this month to get it done. Reasonable rate, reasonable time for the oil change and I didn't have to get out of my car.👍

  Went here to have my truck inspected as I knew I needed to put some money into it and wanted to see if it was worthwhile to do so. Discussed and explained my situation to Alex and he had his mechanic, Luis, inspect my vehicle and provide me with a quote on what needed to be done to keep my truck running good and lasting longer. The price to inspect it was great and Alex discussed with me what his thoughts were regarding what needed to be done versus what could wait or even not be done. Whatever work I decide to have done, I'll have them do it.

  This was my first time going somewhere for an oil charge other than Team Toyota where I purchased my vehicle. I’ve noticed that Express Oil Change, #1506 Douglasville, Ga is always busy so I decided to take my Toyota Camry for an oil change and check-up. Dale was my Service Technician and was excellent. I told him I was a new customer and he took the time to explain the services that I needed and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. I thought I needed an air filter and he told me I didn’t need one that mine was very clean. This made me feel like this Express Oil Change had honest Service Technicians, especially Dale and I will continue to have my Toyota serviced at the Douglasville location. Dale, thank you so much for your service!

  I came in for an oil change and advice on my tires. Chris let me know the status of two tires that had nails in them and the very low tread of those tires, not to mention the other two tires were also under 6 on the tread meter. Therefore, he handed me a quote for tires that were available and comparable to my Michelin tires and he gave me a coupon for $100 off the tires. So, the tires were installed and I was out of there within an hour. I really appreciate the wonderful customer service and professionalism.
