None of the coffee machines work properly Store use to be great but is slowing just falling off I come here everyday just about and it’s Gotten to the point I’d rather go to qt down the street for quality service and coffee

Always clean and their is the Best work team I have seen. Never experience an issue. I have always receive help from workers. 100% satisfy. They always have everything on stand. Food, coffee, drinks and yogurt machine.

No frozen icees, no carbonation in the fountain drinks, no hot food and no swirl world ice cream machines working. There were two employees working and it was not busy. I notified the employee at the register of the fountain drink issue and she said she was aware but there was no sign stating they werent working and she didnt seem like it mattered to her that it was broken. Terrible experience from a company that usually has a great store experience and quality service.

Y'all really need to get some employees that wants to work or isn't afraid! This is Douglasville the police will be there ASAP if something goes wrong! She's not even serving out the window just close the whole store! Do better for people that stays on that end we literally have to ride all the way to the other end to be serviced!
