Today AFTER the screen said “thank you” and the fuel pump clicked to indicate that it was done, I took the pump out of my tank and immediately was sprayed with at least a gallon or two of GAS! All over my clothing, shoes and car. The smell reeks!!! This is so unsafe!

( brownskin/ darkskin ish) Threw my money in my hand and demanded I put my money down on counter instead of just handing it to her in her hand. I don’t know what her problem was but she needs to fix her customer service or I will be taking this to higher management. She don’t want me to have to fix the problem MYSELF. Thank you

On top of not being able to pull in to sleep for a few hours if to tired to drive safely? QT use to be good for that and not mind much. Got a stupid note on my windshield threatening a tow when I had only been resting for a few hours. I know dam well other customers have done the same and pulled over to sleep abit. Stop power tripping and be nice to your customers QT, becuz it's obv y'all don't care now. Guess that "safe place" sign I always see at qts be a joke at this location. Never had I a problem here before or at any other locations. Must be new and tired management, always gotta pass ya miserableness onto someone else. 😑 Pls quit whoever you are who gave me that note. Your cs skills aren't high enough for the position.
