The level of customer service I received from both of them was top-tier and genuinely appreciated. Because of this experience, I can confidently say I highly recommend this place. Although the car was steering correctly, a warning light appeared on the dashboard. I'd recently had the front tie rods replaced by an independent mechanic a few weeks prior. Lisa @ the Douglas Blvd location did a thorough inspection and allowed me to view the issue before moving forward. They were able to quickly fix the problem in the same day and helped prevent an issue that could've resulted in more major damage. The front desk provided excellent customer service and I'll definitely return to this location in the future!
