Colton and team diagnosed the problem, a nail in the tire and patched me up and had me on my way in no time. Top notch. And Colton was also an Auburn Tiger! Bonus, WDE!!

I later received a call from Shawntay saying that they could not do anything to my truck and to come and pick it up. When asked why she said they could explain it when I came and picked up my truck. Strange. When I went to pick my truck up, Shawntay tried to charge me $119. When I asked why- she said for a tire rotation and balance. I then told her that a lady called me that morning and told me they could not do anything to my truck- and to come pick it up. She then asked who called me? I replied with I don't know a name but it was a female. She then said that she was the only person working the front desk that morning so it had to have been her and she didn't remember calling me. I then showed her the call log from my phone and she said okay. She went and asked the technicians what they did to my truck and they said nothing. I was going to be charged $119 for no reason. When I asked why they couldnt do anything to my truck - she said because the toe was out and they did not have the equipment to fix it and recommended taking it to the dealership. I asked why the toe was out and what causes that. She literally said "Because that is how trucks are made now-a-days." What?!? My truck is a 2015. It's clear that she has no idea what she is talking about. I have had bad service at Mavis before but this truly takes the cake. I will NEVER go to Mavis again. Hire technicians/employees that know something about vehicles before you have them touch anything.
