  Came for new front and rear brakes. Left with new brakes, battery and oil change. Don’t know if I was priced right or not but know I needed the work and was able to get it all done same day and in a timely manner. I appreciate the communication from the team.

  I stopped by Grease Monkey for a quick oil change and a new cabin filter, and they did NOT disappoint! From the moment I pulled in, the service was fast, friendly, and super professional. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, and had me in and out quicker than I expected. My car is running smoother, the air smells fresh again, and the whole experience was honestly top-tier. It’s rare to find an auto shop that treats you right AND does quality work, but Grease Monkey definitely delivered. I’ll 100% be back for my next service. Highly recommend! 🚗💨💯

  Took my truck there for a second time and it was the worst experience ever that left me in tears. I noticed that the oil was leaking from underneath my vehicle when I got home a couple days later. I told the manager Troy that my oil was leaking and I took it to a sister company on Grayson Hwy in Lawrenceville where they used brake cleaner to clean the excess oil and they wanted me to come back if it was still leaking. It was still leaking. So they advised me to take it back to where I had the oil changed at. My mechanic and Coworker both seen that the oil was coming from the oil filter housing. The oil filter housing was over tightened/ too much pressure was used. The manager Troy had me playing so many cat and mouse games. Pretending like he would fix the issue. Saying he would order the part and told me that I’d have to “throw his mechanic a few dollars” to fix it because the part is $400 and “don’t expect to be here for a hour when the job will take a while” after a couple weeks of driving back and forth out there (stuck in traffic for two hours) he refused to fix it and gave me a card to go see Mike in Lawrenceville WHERE I LIVE. He could’ve been told me to go see Mike in Lawrenceville, but he was too busy trying to cover up what he did. He even blocked my Michigan phone number, but answered from the Georgia number. It was unprofessional, smelled like weed. My blood pressure was near stroke level dealing with this place. I had to use my days off commuting out there for him to spray brake cleaner and lollygag around. Mike and Shawn on Herrington Rd in Lawrenceville looked out for me and fixed the issue. They’re awesome.

  They lost me as a customer today. Explained to me I had a oil and transmission leak and wouldn't service my vehicle. That's fine, my issue is I've been a customer of theirs for over 10yrs and they tell me I was notified of this on my last visit. Not true and unfair. Why would you have me driving around with a ticking time bomb. I haven't lost any fluids, I check, so lack of consideration is un forgivable. Unless it was a lie...

  I have to say the customer service at my oil change was amazing. The entire staff was friendly and customer service oriented which is rare. I was also not upsold a bunch of stuff I did not need. I felt informed and comfortable. They have a balance of men and women working at this location as well. All of them friendly and super professional.
