  had a great experience at Grease Monkey. The customer service was top-notch from the moment I arrived. Everyone was friendly and professional, but Troy really stood out. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. The service was quick, efficient, and honest. It’s hard to find places that truly care about their customers, and Troy made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location!

  This was my first time getting service here. I had the pleasure of meeting Laura and John. Laura greeted me, and John worked on my car. They provided excellent customer service...they were truly exceptional. If you need car service, go here. Incredible customer service hands down 10 out of 10. They answered every question. They were patient. John was so knowledgeable. I really appreciate the customer service I received and I will be back. Laura's personality will make your day and John will provide you exceptional service, so ask for John.

  John did an outstanding job changing the oil on my Lexus! From start to finish, he was professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing, made sure everything was completed properly, and treated my car with great care and attention to detail. It’s hard to find someone you can truly trust with your vehicle, but John definitely earned my confidence. My Lexus is running smoothly, and the entire experience was quick and hassle-free.   What a great experience that was had and the customer service was phenomenal. When life happens it can bring about some delay in an area you need the most . In this case my car which is used 90% percent for my business . Today , they welcomed me in being over due and handled me with care . An on point oil change , windshield wipers replaced and topped off with air in my tires . Put me back in the game allowing me to serve my customers with excellence. If you ever need to make things right and love on your car allowing your car to receive the love it needs … head to Grease Monkey !!

  The greeting and introduction was beyond excellent. The half service was great until we had to wait unnecessarily for the second guy to put air in my tires. It seems this one man wanted to argue with his superior about wasting time talking down below. The supervisor reminded the men talking below that they needed to get moving along, because cars were starting to back up. The guy I am calling the supervisor is the one who did my emission test. He was very professional and seemed a little embarrassed about his co-workers negative response to him asking that he do less talking, and take care of the customers. I am willing to try this company again, because anyone can have an off day.
