  I've been coming here now since December first oil change from them I noticed my car started leaking wherever I parked I was getting oil spots so I went back when I could about a month later explained what was goin on they checked it, I'm assuming something was loose because after it was checked it was no longer leaking Devon was the best I asked him so if it doesn't leak anymore an it shows something was loose what happens well he told me bring it back when your due an its on me...which ofc I thought was fantastic considering I had spent probably about 30$ something on putting oil in my car to replace what had leaked..so THANK YOU DEVON!

  I found the website online when I was looking for a place to get my oil change during work break. I also found the coupon on the website that I brought with me. I pulled in the lot and right away someone helped me get to where I needed to go. Devin helped get my oil changed and check all the lights. He was kind and sociable. Thank you to the rest of the crew too! (The ones behind the scene , under the car)

  I brought my wife's truck in for what I thought was a needed rear brake replacement. Bob did an inspection and told me he had good news. Brakes were not needed at the time. He gave me an estimate for brakes and rotors when the time comes. I appreciate his integrity and honesty. You don't see that all the time. He could have come out and told me anything. Thanks Bob!🫡💯

  Unfortunately I’m writing this review as I sit here waiting for resolution to an issue they created. My tire was not holding air and I scheduled an appt at 930am to get it fixed. I was advised something may be in it and it’s not repairable because of the tread depth, which is understandable. I was quoted for new tires which I opted to wait due to me getting good rates via employer discounts. I sat here and price matched for a few moments but advised the Bob to just take the spare tire mounted on the back of my Jeep, and replace the damaged tire with it. I was very clear on what I wanted, repeatedly clarifying that. Instead, they placed a new tire and when I paid, that was when I realized they didn’t do what I asked. I asked why it cost $298!?! I will never be rude or mean but I am quite displeased with how the situation was remedied. After some back and forth walks in the office and a call to the ‘manager,’ I was told they could refund me the $298 for the new tire and DO WHAT I INITIALLY ASKED FOR, and then CHARGE ME AGAIN FOR THE LABOR $159... Of course, charging for the labor is not the issue, as I want people to be paid for their work. The issue is the lack of making it better and allowing the customer to leave with a good impression (I know I’m just one in the crowd but it matters) and charging me for what I asked for…which costs $55. I asked! You see the issue??! I didn’t want to be “yes ma’am’ed” and passively ignored. But honestly, it happens when you’re a woman coming into these establishments. Maybe you’re not heard unless you get a little crazy. I now have to wait an hr more.. it’s nearly 12pm as I finish writing this. Perhaps it was a just a day for me to receive poor customer service. If I were the one conducting business, I would’ve done much better.

  I came around 4:30 to get my oil changed. Bob, the technician that took care of me, was great! He was very informative and seemed to know what he was talking about. The price was a lot lower than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I only paid around $30 for a full-service oil change.
