Before he even came to my car, he asked was the check engine light on, I said no, however, I did just have to get a jump. He was hesitant to come out. He then started giving excuses without even checking anything, he FINALLY came outside. He came to my car with the battery machine and just stood there looking at me. Didn’t ask me if I could open the hood or anything. So I opened the hood and he said he couldn’t test it because it’s too much going on at the top. WHAT. DOES. THAT. MEAN. He said he couldn’t test it because I had to take it to the DMV or something. I was today years old when I found out they test batteries at the DMV. Very unhelpful, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Went to Autozone around the corner and they tested the battery with no problem.

I brought them back and not only did the associate try to charge more, but he then say that I had to buy another set because my refund would take 3 to five days to be returned to my card. Then asked "do you have the funds to cover this?"......wow. Oh eventhough they have this big sign on their building stating.. "Free brake pads with the purchase of a set of rotors " They won't offer this. Ask

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
