Fortunately, my first job (as a teenager) was working in a transmission shop, so this was the first time in 50 years of car ownership I had to have someone else work on my transmission, and I know enough to know Bobby and his crew did an excellent job in rebuilding the transmission in my wife's 2012 Buick Enclave. We dropped the car off on a Monday afternoon, they gave us a diagnosis and estimate Tuesday morning, and it was ready for pickup by Thursday evening. Bobby explained in detail everything that was done and why, which made me feel even better about the decision to go ahead with the rebuild. I could not have gotten the parts any cheaper or faster, and I certainly could not have done the work that quickly. Not only was the car clean when we got it back, but they also replaced a motor mount that was bad. They did a great job for a great price. I was especially impressed by the reasonable price and the 2 year/24,000 mile warranty on the transmission. They are the only mechanic shop I would recommend.
