Even after having an outdated part made from scratch I was still only out of my truck 2 weeks at most. Bobby is very nice and so are all there employees. Richard and Bobby will get you fixed up. Best part is the warranty. No third party deal directly with them. Beyond 5 stars. If your looking for a transmission shop. I hope you read this post. I swear I dont know them but now I have friends in the transmission business. Thank you Richard and Bobby
