Employee tried his best to talk me out of using their service. Super low energy. Clearly didn't want to be there. Said their computers are down and the mechanic should arrive at some point (he didn't know when) to look at the car. Why even open if you don't have a mechanic???? Left car. Called back 2 hours later. Employee says the mechanic is there, but they have other vehicles to work on and not sure they can even get to ours. Something I'm positive he could have told me 2 hours earlier. Killed my morning and didn't seem to care about really anything at all. Worst service and experience I've ever had with a shop in the area.
