I couldn’t really list a number of times I am very disappointed at this location service and some employees. First, the Coffee machine do not work for most of the time. Mostly it is a quick fix such as refilling coffee beans or rebooting the machine. How ever most of the employees including the management are so busy doing nothing or giggling at each other’s conversations or standing or wondering around the store. I did ask for help multiple times and none of the people I ask for help did help(Fernando) or many others. On the flip side, I did stop by late at night a couple of times and there is a young African American guy ,I believe he is a manager, I was very impressed and liked the way he treated me. Over all QT Pleasantdale sucks and I wish I can avoid this please. BP is right across your location and hope they got good coffee and I won’t come back to you QT!!!!
