Had a great experience at Take 5 Car Wash thanks to Josh. He was super friendly, helpful, and made everything quick and easy. Really good customer service appreciate it!

I will NEVER go back to this business. I was charged for a car wash subscription that I NEVER AGREED TO!!! Contacted their customer support so I hope this gets resolved quick, fast & in a hurry.
The Wash itself is amazing. Despite how busy it is they truly try to live up to their name “Take 5” However, The employees are the issue. One in particular is Josh. Me and my husband been a member for the last 4 months and every time he’s there he’s always rude. I was charged three times on accident and the sweet girl with the piercings was very helpful trying to help me but Josh refused to give me a refund. One time as he was loading us into the tunnel he was also vaping that is very unprofessional. I always come up there to try to get my refund back for the three charges also breath smells like alcohol

Vacuums are always broke, staff unhelpful and it’s a nightmare trying to cancel your membership they will keep billing your card!!!!!!! I had to dispute the charges with my bank and then cancelled my card!
On March 24th, around 12:40pm, a car got stuck at the end of the wash, while I was in line. I had already paid for my wash. Amber came around and helped people back up and those of us at the gate arm waited for a while to be let out through the back of the vacuum area. When I paid for my $18 wash a receipt was not printed, so I took a picture of the kiosk screen. Amber assured me that Courtney, the manager on duty, dealing with the stuck car, had said it was okay to come back another time and show one of the employees the screenshot. Today Josh, who identified himself as a manager, basically accused me of trying to “scam” Take 5 out of a car wash. He was condescending, called me “Auntie” after I introduced myself and really gave me an overall hard time. He eventually “gave” me a basic carwash, not the service I paid for and sarcastically ended our conversation with the “customer is always right”. I have been coming to this location, albeit through many ownership changes, for 18 years and I will never be back.
