- KCKelly Randall Creecy6 days ago1.0Such a shame!!! This is a fairly new location and it's already subpar. I've visited on 3 occasions, coming in for a latte. Each time the machine is either down or being serviced. Today was the exception. Finally, the machines worked. I mixed the caramel and vanilla lattes. The vanilla latte initially shot out but quickly resumed a normal flow. As I always do, I warmed it. I tasted it and threw up. It had curdled The additional heat sped up the process of the already spoiled milk. QT, you really need to do better!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I stopped by on April 16th during a hot day after my car’s AC had just gone out. I was really looking forward to cooling off with a Mountain Dew frozen drink, only to find that none of the machines were working. It was frustrating, especially considering how busy and warm it was. I even took a picture because I couldn’t believe all of them were down at the same time. Hopefully, this gets fixed quickly because this location definitely has potential.

Left urinal shoots water on the ground, right urinal full of brown paper, one commode was clogged, and there was a sketchy guy hanging out and staring at himself in the mirror.
