  Anise. I went to the store to pick up a work iPad that I had left, genuinely worried, being able to tell me something, he saw me in a bad way, ignored me. I insist and he tells me to make a line of at least 6 people to give me a mimic indication. (It’s as if he sent me to line up to tell me where the bathrooms are), it remains to be said that I was respectful and only approached one side without hindering the work I was doing. I had to stand in line and when I arrived she was very sarcastic and ironic when she attended to me, and she also had the nerve of when I left the store yelling at me and saying “You must be more careful with your things.” It should be noted that the attention of the others was very good on my first visit. Zero empathy Anisa, I hope you improve your attention so that you can reach a better position.

  I have to say that the dekalb security officer Mr Lieutenant Harris, & the night shift Manager Mr Moe-h made my visit experience tonight, amazing! The bright vibe and patient tone of moe was very welcoming and i really appreciate his hard work and dedication to upholding the standard that any customer service retailer should learn from and QT should be very proud of! I have been a frequent customer for many years and I have to say that my experience tonight made me fall in love with this location. They both complimented this location and made it me feel safe and welcomed. When a straggler person came in the store normally they are seen as pest and are pushed away without a thought and when this person came in she wasn't judged and she was able to do what she came in the store to and I really respect the professionalism and patience! He was mostly by himself running around like a chicken! He flew around the store stocking and preparing everything so we had everything we needed while asking if we needed anything and if he could help with anything! And then I watched as he helped everyone and dashed to the register to check everyone out and even when it got busy it never felt that way because of the ability to multi task and! Thank you qt and the staff mr moe-h and officer harris. They dezerve a raise and a promotion and i will continue shopping here with qt because of my experience tonight. Thank you
