So I’d say be ready to wait or make sure you have a ride! 5/2 review : Regularly appreciate the service at this mavis - wait times can be long some days so definitely make a reservation. The team does whatever they can to fit you in especially if you’re like me and try to walk in on a Saturday morning 😆 I ended up making an appointment for another day, and its because Ameshia was super straightforward about wait times, services I could expect and pricing of each option.

He expressed that it may take 2 hours when I arrived but I was completed in about 48 minutes. The Decatur crew do amazing work efficiently.

Woman up front showed me pics of a car, not mine. Said tpms sensor was bad. Incorrect car, tire. Wyatt, do something. Retraining is a must.

Not only because I’ve always been told to always put new tires in the back when only buying 2 tires but also because my car has 2 different recommended sizes for front(235/50/19) and rear (255/50/19). The technician disregarded the order and put the tires in the front without confirming anything with me. I only came to realize this when I drove back home and had to drive back to the shop and waste an additional hour to have this sorted out.
