    Not sure if I just got lucky or what, but I had the best experience from this location. I had a vehicle to put in the shop at Crash Champions nearby and they made things so easy. They took special care to get me a car within what the other insurance company would cover, extended my rental when needed, and when I dropped it off, I was literally there less than 5 minutes. When I picked up the car, they. had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Super nice and professional employees. I would highly recommend renting from this location.

    I’ve rented here a few times now for work or vacation and they are a busy location, but they know how to take care of their customers. They keep you informed and do their best with each customer. I recently had to rent after an accident and at the return of my rental Nick called and made sure I got my car back and everything went well with my rental. Great service and care. I won’t hesitate to recommend this location and any enterprise if you need a car.

    I’ve been using Enterprise since January of this year loyal customer brought the car back clean inside and outside. No problems with this branch up until March 28th. I returned a vehicle and got another one the same day. What happened was out of my control and no fault of mine. I tree fell on the car and I immediately notified them to let them know took pictures and everything. Did a claim through my insurance company. Now, I am waiting for my refund from the previous car I rented! NOTHING! Called them spoke to Cameron on the 3rd of April who had an attitude told me that the money was sent back on the 28th and that it takes 3-5 business days for the refund. Now if my math is mathing the 3rd made it the 5th day, and it still was no refund in my account. I contacted customer support on the 8th, and I was told that the money was placed only for them to take it out. She said she will expedite my call to the branch and someone will reach out to me. Here it is 3 days later and NO ONE contacted me! I called again today (the 11th), and was told the same thing that the last person told me. I will be contacted today! You all can’t take a refund from a pervious car because of something that was out of my control happened to another rental I received that day. Then you all said I had that car for three days. I didn’t even have the car for 5 hours when the tree fell on it. I reached out to the CEO today so I pray someone reaches out to me I don’t mind taking legal action if I have to, but not only did you all pocketed the money from the previous rental, you all pocketed the money from my insurance (because the $763 I paid for the rental “covered” the cost to fix it), and I am pretty sure you all pocketed the money from your insurance company. I really did like the staff because they were great people even to my son who came with us to get the rentals but after what happened to the rental and how they dismissed me over the phone (Nick and Cameron) and the attitude they gave me it completely turned me off from this branch and you all will not get one dime from me. Thanks for showing your true colors!

    This agency sucks, I rented an suv since I had to go to my sister's wedding in Dallas, since I wanted to go comfortable. It turns out that they gave me a Jeep that was in bad condition left me on the road 2 times, risking my life, and that of my family, being in Mississippi they made us ride a tow truck with my minor child because according to there were no taxis available not having security and without knowing this person, when they finally changed my car it was another experience but I still did not arrive on time at my destination changing my mood and my whole trip. I thank God that all that incident on the road didn't happen to adults and that my family and I are safe. However, we arrived yesterday to claim, they tell me that they will compensate me with only $370 a single day of repair? Is it serious that for everything my family and I live they will compensate me with that? It doesn't seem fair to me and I've called customer service and they tell me to wait for the call that's unfair when they at least should have solved it in a better way.

    I had a very disappointing and honestly shocking experience at this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location. I’ve been a loyal Enterprise customer for the past 6–7 years, so I’m very familiar with the level of service they typically provide, which is why this experience was especially surprising. I made a reservation online at around 7:30am because the website showed availability for the type of vehicle I needed (a 7-passenger car). I arrived right when the location opened at 8:00am, expecting a straightforward pickup. Instead, from the moment we walked in, we were met with a very cold and dismissive attitude from the staff member who appeared to be the manager, Nic. He immediately told us that the vehicle we reserved was not available, but said he would “figure something out” if we waited. We trusted that and stayed. Unfortunately, what followed was over three hours of waiting (until around 11:00 AM) with no resolution. During that time: - We were repeatedly told that vehicles were “reserved” for other customers who hadn’t even arrived. - We were offered smaller SUVs that clearly did not meet our needs, despite our reservation being for a 7-passenger vehicle. - There was no clear communication, no transparency, and no effort to prioritize a confirmed reservation. At one point, we noticed a minivan on-site and asked another employee, Malik, if it might be available. Malik was polite and helpful, and said he would check. He later told us that Nic was “looking for the keys” so we could take a look. However, when we went back inside, Nic’s response was completely unprofessional. He gave us a dismissive look and stated, in front of others, that he was not going to give us the car. No explanation, no attempt to help- just outright refusal. What made this even more uncomfortable was the contrast in how he treated other customers. He was noticeably more respectful and accommodating toward others, while we were spoken to in a rude and dismissive manner. Based on how we were treated, my dad and I couldn’t help but feel that this may have involved some form of discrimination. Being told “I’m not going to give you a car” after waiting for hours, in front of other customers, was humiliating and completely unacceptable. This experience was far below the standard I expect from Enterprise, especially as a long-time customer. A confirmed reservation should mean something, and at the very least, customers deserve basic respect and professionalism. I would strongly caution others about relying on reservations at this location.
