  I meant to leave a review weeks ago! The service here was far better than expected. Very friendly staff. Ciara/Sierra not sure how to spell her name but she was Gem! It was only her 2nd day but you couldn't tell. I only found out by engaging in a little small all while in waited for my vehicle. All of the staff there were nice and had an upbeat attitude! Very hard to find that these days. I appreciate it and recommend this location to everyone! The car was clean with no issues. After hours drop off was easy and convenient!

  Needed a rental on short notice. I was able to book online and head to location later that day. The location wasn't far from my home. Service was courteous and efficient. The vehicle I received was in good condition as well.

  The staff was great even with a lot of customers they got them in and out quickly and efficiently. Definitely will rent again

  I've been renting with you all on a weekly basis consistently since July 2025 when my vehicle broke down. If you all are going to take a vehicle away due to a late extension payment, at the VERY least you could inform ppl that the vehicle needs to be returned. & not pretend like I need to come in so that yall can check the tires. Be forreal. I'm not a fugitive that's on the run with your vehicle. I'm a paying customer who's been paying $800-$1300 out of pocket MONTHLY. Like I informed your manager Adam Chin in, he could have simply told me that the vehicle I was renting was going to be taken so that I could atleast empty it out & arrange a ride home. There was a trunks worth of catering supplies in the back as well as my babies car seats & my personal belongings. As a business owner myself, In the future Adam, Enterprise..I'd suggest better training, self awareness and discernment in handling situations like these. I'm no thief, I was a customer and this was handled poorly.
