    If I could leave 0 stars I would … the car wash machine forced my car out at the end of my wash which flattened my tire and the corporate office is telling me they’re not responsible!! I had to purchase a new tire and they won’t reimburse me for it ! Plz don’t patronize this business !!

    I was charged 5 times for my one month membership. I went directly to the car wash and was told I couldn’t be refunded. I contacted the customer service multiple times and haven’t heard back. To rip customers off is an absolute shame, especially in this economy.

    Hopefully I get to try this place, but the hours really should be adjusted to state that they close at 6:45pm cause I just watched the employees drive away 5 minutes before 7pm without saying a word to me. Trying to turn around with the closed gate is difficult.

    One of two things is happening at this car wash: negligence or fraud. As many recent reviewers have noted, you go here once and your card will be charged multiple times over the course or weeks/months, and your only recourse will be to cancel your card so it stops. We've had to cancel two different cards. Should've learned our lesson and not gone back the second time.

    Today is 12/12/25. Last week, December 4th I received an unauthorized charge of $19.00. I called the store when I saw the charge and I just sat on hold and hung up. I emailed Take 5 customer care via email and was told they would respond in 48 hours, to no avail after I reached out twice. I had to call today for a representative and she asked if I had ever been to a Take 5 location and she would see if she could get the membership cancelled. She couldn’t even confirm if I had been signed up for one, just assumed by the amount I was charged. How in the world would I have signed up for a membership without me being there?! She said she would email me a copy of the ticket and she has not. Please save the AI response you send to everyone. I have already called the store. Not only will I be following up on this dispute, I will never get another service from a Take 5 including an oil change. If I have a membership and it was authorized by me why can’t a representative or I look it up? The website says it has an RFID number and a sticker to receive your wash. Very deceitful business practices and I cannot stress to you enough how inconvenient it is to have to order a new debit card during a holiday season.
