This company uses deceptive practices when going in for a single wash to make it very easy to unknowingly sign up for an ongoing membership. I'm currently in the process of trying to cancel not one, but two (!!!) recurring charges that I just discovered have been hitting my cc bill for the last year. Because I had no idea I had signed up, I was not looking for it...and they make it incredibly difficult to cancel the membership if you don't have a barcode, which I never received because I had no idea I had a membership! Please do not give this deceptive, customer hostile business any of your money. I honestly have no idea how their average review is this high.

When I asked about a lost and found policy since the phone (that they don’t answer) had an option for lost and found, he told me they hold items till the following wed. well this was saturday at 1 and 1:40ish when I went back. He (the manager) was rude and not helpful at all and didn’t care about my mate.

The customer service is not great. I kept trying to ask the guy a few questions and he just kept yelling, neutral, neutral, neutral, and that wasn’t even my question and then when I go to vacuum my car, the three vacuums that I tried using all were weak and didn’t have suction. I had to change parking spots like three times I will not be coming back even some of the vacuums were disconnected.
