Take 5 has been my go-to car wash for quick inexpensive cleaning for years. Their vacuum area is always stocked with free cleaning products and clean rags. Staff are great - Shag and Josh are great to deal with and always helpful

The services at the local location are good, but unfortunately cooperate level is worrisome. I have been asking for my refund for 2 additional charges that I did not authorize since December and they have still not been able to do that. Despite sending an email admitting their system has errors and have mistakenly charged several people. I need to speak to someone because this is incredibly annoying and a waste of time to go back and forth via email and not directly hear back from someone as requested by phone.

Dear Management Team,
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the extremely unprofessional and inappropriate behavior of the current manager at your car wash location.
Today, I visited the car wash to update my vehicle’s license plate number. The manager refused to assist me without providing any valid explanation and rudely told me to leave the premises. This is not the first incident. On multiple occasions, this manager has demonstrated disrespectful and unacceptable behavior toward customers and has consistently failed to address or resolve customer concerns.
Since this manager has taken over, the overall quality of service at this car wash has significantly declined. Not only have I experienced these issues personally, but several of my friends and family members have reported the same problems and have canceled their memberships as a direct result of this manager’s conduct.
Additionally, four unauthorized charges were deducted from my account last month, and despite raising this issue, I have not received any clear explanation or resolution.
The behavior of this manager and the poor management under their supervision have seriously damaged the reputation of this location and driven away loyal customers. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and investigated immediately, and appropriate corrective action to be taken.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate my complaint further.

I was (and apparently still am) a member of take 5 for a while and thought the quality of carwash was fine. However I tried to cancel months ago only to still be billed. When I realized I had been billed for many months without going I tried to cancel again and then went and had my car washed to at least get something out of the month I paid for. Today I was charged again and when I tried to cancel I realized the issue is the automated system. Anytime “C” is said it picks up an “E”. Now I have no accent and spoke as clearly as possible only to try for 15 minutes and not get this thing to pick up my voice saying “C”. Great service but if your license plate has a “C” in you won’t be able to cancel.
