- STsarah timmermanJul 10, 20252.0The guy that checked us out was very sweet however this is by far the worst QT bathroom ive ever been in. The toilets were all kinda nasty and the floors were all gross but the handicap stall had a leak n floor was wet.
- AWAngela WynnJul 2, 20251.0I order 2 bacon grilled cheese sandwiches and they were very sloppy and no bacon I live too far are else I would've bought them back🤔 I wasted my hard earn money on these sloppy sandwiches. This QT is the dirtiest store I ever seen, they need a thorough cleaning in that store. The bathrooms are filthy! I will never ever patronize this store again!!! They need to do better for the community😒
- SSShana SmithJun 16, 20252.0Went to QuikTrip on Flash Shoals Pkwy just to fix me a water and fill up my tank. I walk over to the top station where the cups, straws, and napkins are—and the trash is overflowing. Half-full cups, soda spilled all over the counter, and the trash was packed so tight you couldn’t even push it down. So I pulled the bag out myself and went up front to ask Douglas (the cashier) for a trash bag. That’s it. Just a bag. But instead of just handing it to me, he starts asking all these questions and making a big scene. So I bring the whole trash can up front to show him what I need it for—and he still doesn’t give me the bag. I said, “Okay, well where do I take the trash then?” He didn’t answer. So I just walked out with it, found the trash can outside, and threw it away myself. Came back inside—and now the trash is changed and put back under the counter! But why make a whole scene when I was just trying to help? It’s not about doing their job—it’s about keeping the place clean for everybody. We all use that area. I wasn’t trying to write a review, and I definitely wasn’t trying to do their job—I was just trying to look out. For the customers. For the employees. And for the company. I understand places being short staffed and busy, but we all use that area and should have a part to play in helping keep it clean too. The volume of customers versus a full staff is already hard—especially when customers leave big messes like that. But it’s still the company’s responsibility to set the standard, have rules, and maintain the space. Nobody wants to fix their drink or food with trash and spilled soda all over the counter. Customers also have a responsibility to abide by the rules and if not the company has to have consequences in place to keep order and the spaces clean! Do better Citizens!
