The store manager Marshun was friendly, professional and communicative from the moment I arrived. Mike, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable and continued to proactively update me multiple times throughout my service. Both Mike and Marshun went above and beyond to save my existing parts and avoid skyrocketing my bill!! Not only that, they leveraged resources at other shops to complete the job the same day even though I didn't have an appointment!! I cannot say enough about Marshun and her entire team. I absolutely recommend this location and will be returning to their location for all of my brake and tire needs.

I had noticed a leak so I returned to let them take a look. Because they were busy, I was referred to the Mavis on 425 Dekalb Ind Way. I met the store manager Marshan and the crew. They were more than accommodating. They didn't just try and rush me out the shop, although it was close to closing time. They diagnosed the problem and sent me on my way. With no added expense to me. I think I have found me a new repair shop!
