He took a lot of time to make sure that I got all the discounts that I could qualify for and in general, is a total mensch (Yiddish for a person of integrity, honor, and decency, someone admirable for their character, responsibility, and compassion, a truly good human being) Also to Steve who worked on it-great job!! I could immediately see and feel the difference with my new shocks and new battery, sparkplugs, etc. The Honda sounds as good as when I got it. Jordan was also extremely friendly on the phone when I checked in..The whole team is fantastic. Give them all raises! But, seriously, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and service at this Mavis location. I have been to other garages nearby and these guys truly are my favorite because they care and they are good!! Thank you Team Mavis (Scottdale) and I will continue to be a fan and customer! You are all appreciated!

I explained that unfortunately the tps light came back on, Mavis Tire Decatur gentleman on the phone told me to come by the shop by 8 am. I came in by 8 am on Friday 12/12/2025 and I was amazed at how professional, courteous. Efficient Brittany and David (mechanic) were in taking care of my tire issue!!!!I no longer have the tps sign on my dash and I love that I did not have to spend hours waiting in a shop nor have my spend hours waiting trying to patch up a tire 🙃 Sooooooo Glad David & Brittany saved my day, weekend and more importantly my safety with a fixed tire!!!! Come to this location for help with your vehicle and tire needs!
