- RRRaxlandDec 20, 20251.0NEVER GO TO MAVIS.. The manager David is very sassy, a low-contrast thinker and mean spirited. I came in for brakes and was told I needed rotors and struts. I asked to see my old rotors and struts so I could take them home and analyze them and they agreed. When the job was done they said they forgot, throwing my old parts into a bin where they couldn’t tell them apart from the rest. I complained to the manager David and he was dismissive, triggered and very flamboyant with his attitude. On top of this they lost the key to my lug. I called corporate and received no help. If you see a note from Mavis corporate after I post this, it means nothing as this company does nothing about incompetent management like David and will not fix your problem. I now will file a complaint with the consumer protection agency and with the Better Business Bureau. This company should not have a 4 star rating.
