  Always come here for my oil changes and these guys do a great job. They do their best to only upsell you on things you truly need and they saved me from a really bad day today by letting me know I had a massive nail all the way through my tire that I never would have seen. Shout out to Eddie J, Roman L, and Carl W for helping me out today!

  Amazing service! Very accommodating. People centered staff by respecting customers and their vehicle. They took care of my vehicle regardless of what model or how old. Keep in mind, I came in 30 mins before closing on a Friday and they're still welcoming and accommodating.

  How many men does it take to change your oil? Apparently 5 and my situation still isn’t better than when I went in 5 days ago. I found a Groupon and decided to give them a go against my better judgement. I typically go to one of their competitors with no issues. So, I go in for a routine oil change, which they specialize in they are Jiffy lube. Pick my car up and continue with day. It’s not even two hours later I’m having to take it back because the oil is steady spilling out. Anyways these grown men try to tell me my seal broke and that’s why 5 quarts of oil spilled out. Mmmm… I’m not an idiot but these dudes are really ruining my day already. Next day I’m having to call them again. Long story short they sent the DM out to look at my car and these guys must have a script that they follow because something the other dudes were doing is telling me what was wrong before they got the plastic cover off of the engine. Which he knew something I didn’t because they lied at the shop. Apparently the little short tech who thought he’d smooth over his lie with an “you ok now” didn’t put my filter back on correctly. So, no, short oil change guy, I’m not ok. You made a mess and lied. The DM also snickered about having someone come out to clean my driveway. Look, Larry, I appreciate you driving all the way from Acworth to Atlanta the day after your court appearance for your wife accident but let’s stay focused. I do want my driveway make to pre-Jiffy lube catastrophe. It’s been an entire situation and I’m not satisfied with anyone that I’ve come face to face with. Chase the Regional seems like he’s going to get the driveway taken care of and my refund to me but we shall see. Ladies, stay away from this place. They think we’re idiots. It’s an oil change not rocket science.

  I was looking for a place near my job and found this location. The reviews said to check Groupon and they had a really good deal. It was 15 degrees outside yesterday, and instead of having me sit in the car, the staff allowed me to sit inside with the heat while they serviced the car, and I really appreciated that because I didn’t expect it. The staff showed me my air filter, which needed to be replaced and gave me information about the second part of my filter and what the color means. The person that explained everything to me was kind and informative, they were not pushy or condescending which I really appreciated. I added the filter for replacement of course and added other items we discussed on a to do list. When I checked out, the staff member explained everything they did, and reviewed the charges with me before asking me to pay. FYI you do have to pay the taxes on the Groupon; the deal says that in the fine print. I was in and out quickly, and because of my first time experience I will be back!
