My tires were almost 5-6 years old and I had a blowout so him assisting me was very helpful. Honey and David were also in store and gave me wonderful advice regarding my tires. So I headed to the nearest autoshop of the company we usually use but their diagnostic guy wasn't working that day. Thankfully they directed me to this Goodyear around the corner (I was not familiar with the area). Ms Honey took excellent care of us (my toddler son was with me) as soon as we walked in. She not only made sure my car was fixed the same afternoon, she gave my son paper and markers as well as a muffin to help distract him while we waited for the diagnostic to be run. I had a lot going on that day in addition to an unexpected car repair, but I could not have asked for a better customer service experience. Thank you Ms Honey!!
