I really like using this location. Yes, it's often busy and you may end up waiting for your car, but the service is impeccable. Each time I've come to this location, the staff were friendly and professional. Once your car is available, they get you out of there quickly. They are also knowledgeable and helpful.

We have rented from this location on Ponce de Leon many times. Our experiences have always been very positive. Nick the Manager and Greg the Assistant Manager go out of their way to provide the most professional and courteous experience. The employees which make up a wonderful team are equally as professional. This is our Dream Team!!

My wife had an issue with customer service while trying to rent a vehicle reserved by her company. We got a call from Eric saying they got the reservation and we could use a debit card for payment. When my wife got to the location it was like she was being profiled. The staff acted like they wanted to do anything but complete the reservation. She was told to provide utility bills to rent a suv with a debit card. It's 2026 not everyone lives in one location to establish utility services. We travel often so the request seems weird. It just seemed like our business wasn't wanted.
I went in to pickup a car that my company rented for me. And they behaved very strangely about the forms of payment they accept. They said they took one form and when I would present it, changed their minds and said they couldn’t take my debit or credit card. I suspect they just did not want to rent the vehicle to me. I’ve rented from Enterprise all over the world and have never had such a bad experience. I was taking my company car in to get repaired nearby so I guess that’s why my company chose this location. It was a bizarre experience. I went to Avis and didn’t have any issues and they had a better selection anyway.

Enterprise Ponce Enterprise Location:
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your Enterprise location while my vehicle was in the shop. Although I appreciate the friendly demeanor and politeness of your representatives, I was disappointed that the staff did not have knowledge of the make or model of my car that was being repaired. As a customer, I expected a rental vehicle that closely resembled my brand new 2026 Murano, or at the very least, one in excellent condition.
Unfortunately, the vehicles I was provided with did not meet these expectations. The first car had a broken side light, and I had to return it for that reason. The second car had a service light illuminated upon my receipt, which added to my frustration. Although I was informed that nothing was wrong with it, I was left feeling concerned about its reliability. When the option was offered to switch cars again, I was hesitant due to the cold, snowy conditions outside, and honestly, my patience was wearing thin. I felt that my judgment was questioned throughout this process, which was disheartening.
In times like these, when many are facing challenges, I believe that customers deserve exceptional understanding and service, especially when dealing with damage to their personal vehicles. As I write this, I am currently unable to even start my current rental vehicle during this cold weather & I work at night too, which adds to my frustration.
I would appreciate it if you could escalate this matter and have a head manager contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss a resolution. I hope to hear from you soon, as I am quite dissatisfied with the service I have received thus far.
