When my friend — who is male — arrived with his ID and payment, Taylor suddenly raised her voice and claimed that there were no rentals available until Monday. This was untrue, as several vehicles were visibly available on the lot. It became clear that she was only renting to single women who were unaccompanied by men, which several witnesses also observed. I am deeply disappointed and appalled by this behavior. Taylor’s actions were discriminatory, unprofessional, and blatantly sexist.
