    Very disappointed by the service from this enterprise location. I made a reaervation on 12/18. Walked in same day and waited 2 hours to get into my rental vehicle. The line was long & they had one employee working at that moment. Finally after more than an hour, an another employee came to assist. I finally got into a rental- a nissan sentra that had been returned maybe 30 minutes before they rented it out to me. Upon doing the walkaround- the employee had the A/C blasting and all doors open. I drove off, switched the heat on bc it’s december & began driving home. A few minutes into the ride, a cigarette smell began to permeate throughout the vehicle. It became so unbearable that I had to ride with both the heat on and windows down because I just could not take it. I rode with the windows down and heat on every time I drove this car for the duration of this rental as I could not bare the smell without feeling nauseaus. On top of this, once you approach 50MPH- the car begins is wobble and makes for a very uncomfortable ride especially in GA when you’re driving on the highway A LOT. The store was closed by the time I got my rental so I called around 9am the next morning (Friday) I expressed my concerns. I began with the smoke smell & girl speaking told me they have “rebellious customers” & that she was sorry & she doesn’t want to make me think that the smell is okay or that they think it’s okay. She even said they usually ‘bomb’ the vehicles before renting it out again which tells me they did not do that. I asked if I could swap the rental and she said it would not be possible until Monday. My reservation ended sunday night so this does not work for me. She then proceeds to tell me that after I return the car on sunday, she would call me on Monday to make it up for me. I asked her to take my name down she said don’t worry about it I have your number taken down here (I assumed it was attached to my reservation). I never recieved a call. I complained on social media to see if there could be any solution because clearly, calling did not solve anything. The social media agent said they would escalate it and someone would give me a call. Still no call. I update the social media agent, they state they will escalate it again. Still no call. I update the agent again & she escalates it a 3rd time. This time, I finally recieve a call on 1/9 while I was at work from a manager named Garrett. He leaves a message. I called back a few hours later- no answer. I leave a message and ask for a call back. It is 1/22 and I still have not gotten any kind of communication back from anyone at enterprise. If this is how you treat your customers- fine- I will never work with this company again. It is clear that you guys don’t actually care about resolving issues for customers but care more about pretending like you care. Shocked & dissappointed.

    Avoid them all costs. My insurance booked up with them and they were trying to push me an upgrade trying to have me pay out of pocket.
