  Good people run the Decatur, Ga 30033 location. Friendly and helpful. Very little wait. Enterprise on-line works well too. Talk to Kylencia Johnson.

  I had a great experience at this location the staff is friendly an the manager makes sure customer service is met every visit no questions I rent here often I would definitely recommend

  The young ladies who waited on me were great. I rent through Costco but I only select from Enterprise locations.

  Kylencia Johnson was amazing. Very thorough with explaining how she would inspect the vehicle, going over the insurance options and provided the best rental customer experience EVER!!!

  I continue to have terrible experiences with this company. The first involved one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever undergone as a consumer dealing with a business. A couple of months ago, someone claiming to be a manager at the Enterprise location on Lawrenceville Highway lied and said I cancelled my reservation when I did not actually do this. She was upset with me because I disagreed with her assessment that I needed to pay my deposit with a credit card as opposed to using my debit card because of a recent change of my home address. I had rented at the location a couple of times prior with no issues using my debit card. As I discussed the issue she blantly and disrespectfully cancelled my reservation stating it sounds like you don’t want the service any longer. I had to run around to another location to finally get a rental and set my trip back by a few hours. Now, I made a reservation about a month ago to have a car to use the day before Thanksgiving to drive home to see my family. The reservation was for the store in Brookhaven. I arrived to get my vehicle and the parking lot at the location was completely empty but the store was full of customers. I was told that there was an hour and a half waiting time to get my vehicle. I was told I could leave and would receive a phone call when my car was ready. I left and called back several times for an update and the employee snapped on me stating there were 15 ahead of me. I ultimately got a vehicle using the Turo App. No one ever called me back from Enterprise. Needless to say, I will never use their services again. I recommend everyone use the Turo App. Enterprise is one of the most unprofessional, disorganized, and sorriest companies I have ever dealt with. I wish I could give 0 stars.
