I have no idea abt cars so I pull in auto zone in a panic.. they was so professional go me all the things I needed and assisted along the way . It was awesome. I left smokeless car and some knowledge on how to keep it from smokin again. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If I need something I’m goin there.. I had to leave photos because u don’t understand but this will give u a better picture of things. Anti freeze everywhere where yes replaced cord yes yes yes ..

Once we identified that the problem was the battery, he assisted me in finding the right one and getting it installed. He truly went above and beyond and deserves a raise. I will definitely return if I encounter any car issues in the future. He deserves a raise!

- JJJoy JOct 7, 20255.0The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was trying to buy a car remote battery. They gave me the tools and guided me through accessing the battery. Once we could see what battery was needed, they searched the rack, but it was out of stock. Great for me, a customer said go to Walgreens. They provided a paper towel for me to not have to put the key back together. I saved $7, because Walgreens had it in stock. I had heard dealers charge $150 to fix key Fobs. This literally cost $6 + tax and a computer screwdriver set from the Dollar Tree.
