  Coming in here was a pleasure. There was a black woman who greeted me that was so pleasant( didn't get her name) but she directly jason to assist me and he was the best! Came in thinking I had a problem with my oil but it was actually my coolant and he helped with find the right stuff and my car is back to normal.. Thank you so much Jason and to the fabulous woman thank you for your kindness

  AutoZone website page does not seem to have a search tool for parts. There is a search tool, but when you do a search for a part, the search results are DIY video links.

  In this branch, there's an arrogant woman who, whenever I go to buy something, yells at the employees and treats them like slaves. Auto Zone should monitor this woman's behavior.

  Horrible Staff, I was literally the ONLY customer inside the store with 3 employees that were doing absolutely nothing but enjoying loud music…1 Obese Caucasian Employee named Mike told me extremely rudely that no one from AutoZone should install anything and customers should never expect that from any employee, when only a few days ago at this exact location, another employee installed both break lights for me (says on Google also Autozone does install simple things). Horrible lazy and rude employees…another rude employee named Veve hanged up the phone on a customer when they called the store. This type of behavior is an embarrassment and AutoZone should hold both Mike annd Veve accountable for their extremely Rude and Lazy Behavior to customers.
