One man was being very rude to the woman checking out very condescending when she was asking a question about the receipt. The same man came to test my battery. It had died. I doubt he even tested it and just said it was a bad battery because my car wouldn’t start. I asked if I could buy a new battery they said no because one man’s hands were too big and the other guy didn’t know how to change a battery? What’s the point of selling batteries if you can’t change them? Mostly disappointed by the attitude and the disrespect and making customers feel like burdens or dumb.
