- WRWalter RidgewayDec 23, 20251.0I sent my daughter to this particular Auto Zone store Decatur #977 to get her battery 🔋 changed, because she was having issues with her vehicle, it was very cold outside and she had her 4 month old niece with her (My Daughter and Granddaughter) heading to a Christmas Party 🎉. 🤬 Well these idiots disconnected the battery 🔋 walked inside and left them out there for 45 minutes to an hour, so when she finally went inside to see 👀 what the problem was 🤨, they were assisting other customers without communicating the issue... So they decided to go ahead and finish with my daughter after damn near letting them freeze to death ☠️, swap out the battery 🔋 and then half way putting things back together, NOT TIGHTENING ANYTHING Back nor REPLACING THE BRACKETS AND TERMINALS ON THE BATTERY 🔋, causing the vehicle to shut down on her on the highway home 🏡 🤨, she had to tighten the terminals with her fingers, pick up the loose disconnected bracket and screws left in the windshield wiper pan just to get it home... Why was there so much disconcern 🤬, for a woman and infant in cold ❄️ weather trying to get service from a store that advertise this particular service HANDLED with SO MUCH RUDENESS and CARELESSNESS ...🤬‼️ COLUMBIA, DRIVE Auto Zone store Decatur #977 by Memorial Dr, 🤬 will never receive service from me or my family again until they hire better trained workers (techs) at that store..🤬💯👎🏾‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
