I love the “report cards” with photos and descriptions that show you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle. The receptionist Heather gives amazing customer service. She’s polite, understanding of circumstances and extremely knowledgeable of the how, what and why’s. The mechanic Hebert was honest, straightforward and didn’t use “scare tactics” to get me to purchase things I didn’t actually need. Overall, Amigo’s is an auto repair shop I can trust and that is the most valuable aspect about them. I know I’m in good hand when I’m there and I’ll be a loyal customer for years to come.
