I will say, it has been a long time since I have trusted ppl this much with my car. I came in because of engine shaking and fluttering rpms when idling. I told Heather this and she was able to get the owner, Miguel, to come out and look at my vehicle. They are probably the most transparent mechanics I've come across. After assessing my car they gave me a list of possible problems and talked me through what fixing it would look like. They also assured me that they could finance if needed. I just can't thank them enough for their attention to detail and just overall customer care. Especially on Heather's part. It's so rare to find people these days who truly care and I feel they really do and have raised the bar.
