    Manager has a horrible attitude and instead of admitting he’s wrong would rather go back and forth with a customer. You’re job as a store manager is to make sure your inventory counts are done correctly so that when items are ordered online they are in store and not wasting peoples time. For a mechanic time is money and if I drive 30mins away because your store says you have it and in reality you don’t your costing me money. Then to argue with me because I showed up in 27min is wild.

    I did not shop at this Advance, but this review is for Advance as a company. I purchased an OBD2 scanner from my local Advance and tried to return it only 30 minutes later as it did not have the functionality that I required. They refused as their return policy does not allow returns on electronic items. I spoke with the customer service line and they man actually told me to try returning it at different Advance's to see if it would work instead of just helping me. I feel scammed by this company and trapped in a corporate quagmire. Advance Auto Part is a slimy company with questionable business practices. They are shady at best.
