One of their employees was spotted earlier in the lot driving reckless and illegal. A simple jester to give advice to drive safe. Turn into "I'm going to make a phone call"... Not professional at all. Sad part is management wanted to come in the store yelling as if she knew what happened at me.

We didn’t receive a call for pickup that night which was to be expected. During the phone conversation the employee informed me I that if we don’t receive a call that evening we can pick it up first thing the next morning. Saturday morning at 7:30 my husband went to the store for the battery. He sat outside for an hour & half before leaving because no one opened the doors. The lights were on but the doors remained locked. He even called another store a few miles away to get answers (no one was answering the phones at Flat Shoals) but that location did not know what was going on & could not reach anyone from this location.
