  Only giving it a 1 because the cashier checking me out was perfect.  I inquired about a price I seen online and asked for mamager & Chris came over in aggressive manner and says " why would we honor what it says online" & then went on to say this isn't Oreilly's if you want Oreilly Prices go to Oreilly's. I asked why so aggressive over a question, he said you ain't heard my real aggressive voice and then kept calling me sir!. Meanwhile the manager kept whipering in his ear.  1st time at this Autozone not sure I'll be back.

  Jay is the best ever the best attitude wonderful customer service and she deserves more than 5 stars if you ask me J Williams is the best customer service agent ever.

  My experience at the Flat Shoals Parkway location was great. The associate was professional and he installed my wind shield wipers.
