I sang praises too soon. Im retracting me previous good faith review. Sorry fellas, 3 strikes and your out. Its still not right... The intial non allignment done, the corrective reallignment attempt this past saturday, and the confirming it - this past Sunday, which failed -has me drained. I am not asking for a refund, a credit on furture services, or tire purchases. I will eat the time, commute, and the money for the disservice. Id rather start again, pay again, and wait again at another shop up the street, than have my next allignment at your shop, likely being my last.

I stopped at Mavis to get a couple tires put on the back of my van and the tires on the back of the van rotated to the front while they screwed that up they didn’t do it and then the guy said they had a deal on front end alignment and I told him I didn’t need one. It was driving straight as an arrow so when I picked up my van and drove it onto the road, it wanted to pull really hard to the right, so not happy with this company. I will never return to Mavis.

The only reason I tried to buy tires here is the website said I could have them done on a Saturday. Ordered the tires on their website. They were not there when I showed up for my appointment. Should’ve left then. Staff told me they’d have them by Monday. Okay whatever I paid the deposit so I’ll let them keep it. Called Monday at 2 since I hadn’t heard anything. They said they got my keys mixed up with someone else’s so they didn’t know who to call?? Said it would be an hour to get them on. I showed up two hours later, perplexed they still had my car on the lift. Came up with a bunch of excuses why it hadn’t been done yet, cool cool whatever. Then they tell me the tires are wrong anyway cause I ordered them wrong. Lovely. Please avoid this place, especially if you’re a woman.

I went in for an Alignment and Front Tire Balancing; their staff was really friendly, the service was quick, and the prices are very reasonable. As a women it’s scary sometimes to go into car service shops because sometimes we get taken advantage of, but this shop made me feel really comfortable and didn’t hassle me at all. I really recommend!

David and the Mavis team came through again. I had a fully loaded trailer and when I went to check tire pressure learned I had a bad valve stem. Jacked the trailer up and brought tire to Mavis. They took care of it right away and loaded the wheel and tire back in my car.
