That is why I am going to Valvoline from here on out for all my needs - oil changes, wipers, and any other work they can perform! I also came back a few days later because the dealership tried to tell me I had a leaking water pump and needed to get it fixed right away. He put my mind at ease for sure!

You offer $20 off coupons that bring the price back down to a normal price. My mechanic in Alpharetta charges $72 for a full synthetic oil change. We only used your place because it is close to our home and we were in a hurry to get it done. We actually had a $26 off coupon for what we thought was your place but it was the one down the street and when I called them ahead of time, they charge around $82 BEFORE the $26 coupon. We thought we were at the other place when my daughter pulled into your place accidentally. You charge over $100. Experience was fine price was excessive.

This led to me having lots of problems with my car bc i was running on absolutely no oil, which is very dangerous. Although this happened, and im not the happiest with them I forgive. Not because of me but bc I have Jesus, who died on the cross for you and for me. He loves us so I can love these people. I fall short everyday and so who am I to judge when they do to. If you are reading this and dont know jesus I suggest giving him a try. He will change your life and when frustrating situations like this happen you can rejoice and have joy instead of anger and turmoil.
