  Jed was amazing! I brought a fleet vehicke in for service which is usually a headache but these guys were great! Jed was phenomenal and made it all way easier than expected and I had the vehicle ready the same day! Will be returning for business!

  Was a prior customer / never ever again. Lies on top of lies . On Saturday agreed to buy set of 4 tires . Made appt for install on Monday 12:30 . Truck was to deliver Pirellis - Jed sale person gave me spot, price etc. called Monday because I was running 1/2 hour late ( I moved all my business appointments around that day to get this set of tires done) . He told me that the truck was in problems either traffic in Atlanta or broke down not really sure and I said no problem he said coming around two. I said please call me to reconfirm once you check with the truck delivery so I don’t waste my time once again . never got a callback. I showed up there about an hour and a half later about two, and of course I found out that the tires were never ordered. Nobody really knew about a broken truck and the pricing that I was quoted with didn’t exist. I complained a lot and went on my way, but asked that the regional manager Give me a call because of numerous lies starting with time the truck would bring in the tires nobody ever had their way the way . the availability of the tires. Etc Nobody knew anything, and of course that the regional would call me that day, which to this day has never occurred. I would be contacting Mr. Wood of corporate in the morning in Cincinnati to report not just the lies but that I was now quoted $300 if they can get me the tires. then maybe I’ll see what they can do to give me some sort of a break Pretty obvious going to be a bait and switch. What a scam. I will report it to Better Business Bureau . Hopefully I’ll get to speak to the owner of the company. I’m an elderly person never been so disgusted in my life with what went on Dawsonville this morning- manger Caleb was obviously not sure of events, and I don’t blame him was trying to defend his salesman. I’m concerned about how many people get screwed there every day. As I said earlier, I moved my entire day around to accommodate them- But the lies were ridiculous. There were no ties ordered. The price was completely different and there was no truck with my tires on it. I do understand mistakes happen, but the regional should have called me and apologized. I am certainly worked up about the event, especially since I’ve been a customer there before what I was offered if I would come back again was a free wheel alignment- I hate reporting this their young fellas, trying to get their career started, but lies misinformation and essentially being not responsible for doing the right thing is unacceptable. I would not have reported this had the regional called to apologize and explain their side of the story. Oh well, I went directly to Audi and I wish those folks good luck in their endeavors in the future
