Excellent customer service! I went in because I had a nail in my tyre, and they removed it promptly without charging anything. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly customer-focused. I’ll definitely return for future tyre services. Thank you Team !!!!

Went up there to get an alignment for an AWD car. They quoted 180. I asked if that was a normal price for an alignment. He said yes. I left. Went to discount tire up the road and got an alignment for $90. Dude up front did not have good customer service skills and I was kind and respectful. I’d leave 0 stars if it was possible.

I had a very positive experience at Mavis Tire in Dawsonville. The service was fast and friendly, and David was very attentive and knowledgeable. My husband and I were so impressed, we’re coming back this weekend for new tires. Go see David and his staff, they’ll take good care of you!

I had the worst automotive service experiences of my life at this location. I came in on October 31 for new tires and an alignment, but instead they kept my truck an extra day, ruining my plans! After all of that, I did not even receive the services I paid for, and I am now out approximately $1,300 ( not including the 3 days I have had to take of work) with nothing properly fixed. My truck is very well maintained and something I take a lot of pride in, which makes this experience even more frustrating. I paid for 10-ply tires and was given 4-ply tires instead, and the alignment I was charged for was never done. My rims were scratched, my dashboard lights no longer work, and the interior of my truck was left completely wrecked, with personal items thrown around the cab. Vehicle settings were changed without my permission, which should never happen during basic tire service. I was also told to leave and buy a lug-nut tool myself because they “didn’t have one,” even though two wheels had already been removed, which raises serious concerns about how my vehicle was handled and likely explains the damage to my rims. Because of their lack of proper tools and organization, I lost an entire day dealing with problems they created. I would have left immediately, but my truck was already partially disassembled. It has now been almost three months, conveniently close to when their warranty period ends, and nothing has been resolved. I live two hours away and cannot keep missing work to be told to “come down and let us look at it,” only to be told again that they cannot fix it. I have already been sent to multiple other Mavis locations, costing me additional days off work, and each visit either accomplished nothing or made the situation worse. I would never trust this location with my vehicle. If you have anything nice or care about your vehicle at all, do not take it here. I am only willing to return if there is a written guarantee that everything will be corrected and that I will be reimbursed for the $1,300 I am out. Otherwise, this experience has been a complete waste of time and money. I would upload pictures but it won't let me.

I'm giving a 3 because although the gentleman that checked me in and out was great, the guy that came over to process the online coupon that I Iocated on their official website while I waited for $20 off an oil change was unprofessional and probably should stay in the garage area and not be around customers. He was mumbling about doing the coupon because they supposedly already discounted my total. And he stated he needed to put up a sign stating something about using coupons. My original quoted total was $108 and change. With the $20 off, it would be $88 and change. And yes they did take a few bucks off leaving the final total at $81 and change. And I appreciate that. Really. But don't act like I'm trying to get one over on you because I used a coupon from your website that I'm sure many people do. Why wouldn't I? Just trying to save money wherever I can. In an honest fashion. Personally I think $108 for an oil change is overpriced but I didn't bring that up when I paid...
