He put on a tire free of charge until the special order tire came in. We can’t thank Ryan enough for his good nature, God sends you people in your time of need. Ryan was God sent at our moment of distress, and has won a loyal customer with his compassion and good nature. I’ve instructed my daughter to always see Ryan if she has car trouble. We left and had dinner then returned. He handed us the keys and said they found a screw in the tire and had repaired it. I asked the charge and he said no charge and to have a good night. We really appreciated the quick fix and service. We will return when we need new tires. Very friendly folks.

Today, we feel a whole lot more satisfaction knowing they replaced our brake pads and rotors along with draining the brake fluid. We had shaking in our car when we slowed down and went fast on the highway, but we do not feel a bit of vibration or shaking at all. Thank you again to everyone at Mavis! You guys are awesome.
