He was kind, intelligent, and easy to work with. The last customer support before him told me about the power save but didnt instruct me properly on how to activate it. I have bumped this up from 1 to 4 for the excellent support from the supervisor. What a terrible piece of equipment. Constant lockouts for dumb reasons. Everytime you turn around there's a 75 dollar fee here or there. Impossible to get anyone on the phone for help and if you are lucky enough to reach someone, yocan notot understand a word they say. Even when put into sleep mode, it drains and kills the battery.
