They have always been very honest with me that's why I continue to go back for my oil changes and now maintaining my 100k transmission. What I like most about grease monkey is being a female they never lie to me. Always bring my cabin and engine filters to allow me to see them. Unlike my other experiences were I have been ripped me off... I'll never got any where else..I trust them and appreciate their honesty.

They always greet you when you arrive, very personal but professional through the whole process. Randy, the manager, is the best and has a great and friendly crew! Never had a bad experience. Today I came for an oil change and they didn’t have the oil filter so they called a parts store right away, found the part and they ran to the to the parts store right away and was back in a few minutes and changed my oil. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers! We appreciate you so much, Grease Monkey Dawsonville!! You all are the best!

I've been to a few different shops over the years and this one is by far the best, they listen to your concerns, fully explain the process and what the problems could be and then make suggestions on what to do to fix it, instead of leaving you in the dark. Also they gave me a recommendation on something I could have done instead of pretending it was 'necessary' and upselling me on something I don't really need. I've had bad experiences at most other shops I've been to, but this place is really great.

Everyone seemed so happy and friendly. Even the owners were on site, and also very nice (and funny lol). What a great place to work. It's worth going there just to see everyone's smiling faces. What a lovely thing to see. They were quick, efficient, and did an amazing job. This will definitely be our new place to go for oil changes and other work. Highly recommend!!!
