Just needed oil change and had $15 discount off their website. Imagine my surprise when they rang me up for $109. I was shocked and mad and asked them to show me where the extra $30 came from. I pointed out that they quoted me $80 and showed them the coupon discount before they started to work on the truck. My truck is a 6 cylinder and they said it took more oil than the quoted price. Give me a break. I told them they should have mentioned that up front. Long story short walked out of there paying the $80 with no discount. Buyer beware.

They have always been very honest with me that's why I continue to go back for my oil changes and now maintaining my 100k transmission. What I like most about grease monkey is being a female they never lie to me. Always bring my cabin and engine filters to allow me to see them. Unlike my other experiences were I have been ripped me off... I'll never got any where else..I trust them and appreciate their honesty.
