  I ran into engine troubles and I was far from home. I told them the situation and they were able to fix my car and get me back on the road. They were very kind and professional.

  Well I don't like doing this but my hand has been forced Kevin a young man I thought to be a decent person turned out to be a sad little man snapping at employees who can barely hear him over loud shop equipment talking down to them in a snarky know it all tone now I've been in the car with my husband and Keven snapped at an employee I think his name is Brian all because he was helping us out getting us serviced now Brian was replacing some filter in the dash an engine filter wipper blades all while giving a tire quote to a car next 2 us let's stop and appreciate the dedication to serving customers this young man has making it a well informed and comfortable service seems like that would be a dream pick for any automotive shop but Kevin talking down snapping at him is unacceptable in any shape way or form of customer service when I see an employee get treated like that on 2 separate occasions and all he is doing is serving the customers to the absolute limit with every fiber in his being makes me think the company doesn't give a damn about us either please don't let this disgrace of a young man destroy both a fantastic employee and an amazing company I recommend Kevin be removed from assistant manager until he at the very least gets re trained personally I think Brian would be a extremely welcome change he's always polite even when Kevin is testing him like garbage anyone who's getting belittled and braided for excelling at their job all while selling every single service that they can to us and make us feel taken care of and respected that's just a quality you don't find anywhere else and from looking through the reviews here all I can see are stellar reviews about Brian you can see the electricity that flows through him as he's doing his work there's nothing he'd rather be doing than taking care of people and their cars I have never in my life experienced anyone who enjoyed doing what they did as much as this young man did today and that was while he was being treated like garbage I cannot imagine what he would be like in the proper environment dare I say he may be even running one of these stores if he has the right mentor Kevin certainly is not that mentor

  I came thru a couple days ago and needed to get an oil change, and I could tell that Kevin and his team were showing great efficiency with my repairs. I have a beater of a Honda Civic but I didn’t feel judged for it at all. Kevin was able to easily communicate what the processes were and help lead his team efficiently. I got out quicker than I expected and all for a reasonable price. Definitely coming back for his excellent performance and customer satisfaction.

  I was very satisfied with the service we received, but an employee by the name of Kevin, who was working on other vehicles had an extremely poor attitude. He was rude to the other employees and you could feel his attitude affecting everyone in the garage. When other employees would ask him a question, he would mumble under his breath and then when asked to repeat his answer, he would lash out at them. This kind of person can ruin a business and definitely need some additional training in customer service and being polite in general.

  Brian has always treated me with tremendous kindness and respect. The things he's noticed that my car needs, he's told me, and he's always taken care to address what he can in the bay. The rest of the staff on the oil-change side have also always been good to me. The service is very quick considering the business they get, and being able to stay in my car for most things is incredibly convenient.
