  We reserved a vehicle from this location. When we arrive, they did not have the vehicle or a similar size vehicle available. They offered us a larger vehicle, but said we’d have to pay extra to get the vehicle or we could try to come back the next day and hopefully they would have the size we reserved available. We left without the rental . I called corporate to ask about their policy and they said that there should not have been an additional charge since the car we reserved was not available. I just wanted to give people a heads up in case this happens to them at this location.

  I would rate them 0 stars if that had been an option. The rental agent, Victor Monge, decided it was acceptable to pull a bait and switch car rental by providing me with a vehicle that was keyed and had what appeared to be grease stained seats telling me that "Enterprise only cares about cigarette burns." When asked if there was another vehicle on the lot available, I was told no. Then a gentleman walked in off the street without a reservation and was able to rent a suddenly available SUV. When I questioned Victor Monge, he back pedaled saying the unacceptable vehicle was the only one available in it's class. There were other SUV's or cars, but they came with an upcharge. Bait and switch. Beware of Victor Monge. All car rental agencies are about the same, save the money and headache and go elsewhere!!!

  Brian was awesome. All The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. My rental was Brand new! No clue how to operate the display accessories. Returned to location to ask for assistance. Brian gave me a quick tutorial. Overall a great customer service experience.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Dawsonville (83 Bethel Dr, Dawsonville, GA 30534). The staff went above and beyond and even provided me with a vehicle from a higher class than I had originally reserved, which I truly appreciated. The entire process was smooth, professional, and very well organized. Customer service was excellent, the car was clean and well prepared, and everything was handled at a very high level. Thank you to the Dawsonville Enterprise team for outstanding service. I will definitely be using this location again and highly recommend it to others.

  I recently rented a car from this place. NEVER got scam calls prior, after giving enterprise my information, I've gotten many scam calls per day since renting a car. This is literally the only company I've given my number out to in months. Didn't expect enterprise to sell customer info, highly disappointed. This enterprise is attached to a gas station directly next to a busy side road & 400. Not exactly the safest place to leave your car. They also do not have any parking. Literally, they have a few parking spots in front of their door and that's literally it. After signing for my rental the representative wanted me to hop a curb with my personal car and park on the front grassy area and leave my car in view of every car driving on 400 due to the lack of customer parking. Meanwhile they have signs inside and consent forms stating they're not responsible for damage to your car. So if your car gets broken into or the undercarriage or tires of your car gets damaged because the representatives are telling you to hop a cement curb and park by 400..oh well I guess. There were multiple cars parked there too, so I'm not the only one who was told to park there. Anyways, the car itself was fine on my 1000 mile drive up to visit family, but at the start of my 1000 mile return trip back home the "maintenance required" message popped up on the dash. Concerned, I call enterprise to figure out the issue. I was advised just to ignore it. that's it, no offer to have the car checked or replaced. Nothing..just hope that the car doesn't fall apart while you ignore the maintenance required message repeatedly popping up on the dash. First and last time renting from any enterprise. Absolute joke.
