We did book in enterprise for the service and this location is our first time. It’s already been like 45 mins and no cars here. They say one I booked is on the way! Seriously? Waste of time! They do not even adjust price for another car even it’s their fault. I also asked her that it’s bit urgent since my daughter is under others care and need to go asap. Today my daughter’s birthday and we have plans we are gonna miss due to this delay. Absolutely Useless!! Bad service!
