Got a call today around 11:30 telling me the vehicle is coming from a different location. Received no call so I went in to see what was going on and the man at the counter had no customer service. He basically told me I don’t know what you want me to do it’s in transit. I requested that he call the location that the car was being transferred from and he refused. I ended up canceling my reservation and cannot take my trip. Thank you enterprise

Despite reserving it well in advance they did not have it when we went to pick it up. More than frustrating. I gave them a chance to redeem themselves and went back after that experience. It was a very poor choice on my part. This time the clerk asked me if I was a veteran, I don’t know why, maybe a discount? I said yes and gave him my Georgia drivers license which says “veteran” right on it. He said that wasn’t good enough, i had to have an “actual military id”. Guess what skippy, a ga drivers license is “real Id”. I had to produce my discharge papers to the department of drivers services for this very thing. It was not accepted. If you are not going to honor a drivers license that says “veteran” right on it then don’t even ask, it was more than insulting. I will never be back.
