- AAAllie ArnoldNov 9, 20251.0My boyfriend and I swung by Autozone off 400 in Dawsonville this morning to use the code reader. I stayed in the truck while my boyfriend went inside. One of the managers came back to the truck to use the code reader. When he opened the door he made a comment to my boyfriend “good god, she’s a read-head, she could’ve stolen my soul.” As grown adults, this is absolutely unacceptable. But wait, it doesn’t stop there. He then proceeded to ask my boyfriend if the keys were in the ignition and then said he was going to shut the door and take me to IHOP where we could enjoy a nice meal on me. As a place of business, speaking to anyone in this manner is not okay. It made me extremely uncomfortable and my boyfriend as well. Not only was he not helpful, but extremely inappropriate. I recommend going to Advanced Auto Parts down the road or O’Rileys across the street.

This young gentleman goes above and beyond what is required of him. He is super friendly and will help you in anyway that he can help you even when he is the only one running the department he is in, he will stop and help! Way to go chris autozone needs more people like you and i think you deserve a promotion!! Jenna on the other hand is very rude to her customers and employees. As i was walking in i noticed how she was barking orders to another employee to do something else for her when this employee was already doing something else just because the manager cell phone was ringing and it was her son calling and she had to take the phone call. I find that very unprofessional and rude to myself. Jenna also didnt want to help she basically just wanted to lean against the front counter of the store with her phone out and watch everyone else do the work very rude and unprofessional again i think autozone needs to find a new manager on that is more professional and likes to take care of customers and thier employees
