- RJRoland JohnsonFeb 8, 20261.0Called store on Saturday to check on part. Was told was in stock. Drove to store Dawsonville. Was told computer was incorrect couldn't find part in store. Went ahead and paid for the two camber bolts, as they would be in next morning after being brought in overnight. 9:00 am next morning was told weren't shipped and they would be there at 11:30. Called store at noon 4 times before getting answer and was greeted by the rudest gentleman named Colin who told me parts now would be 1:30 because they just didn't have anybody to bring them an I just needed to be patient. I had a time frame on this repair. Colin needs re-training on customer service skills or needs a different line of work. To top it off I went to store to have them issue refund on these pre-ordered parts that didn't arrive and they told me system had a glitch and I would have to come back later for refund credit. Robert was the only one in store that cared and apologized. I will be getting a refund on these parts but I won't be returning to this store in Dawsonville Ga.

Bad service, bad experience, will not be back. Don’t get scammed like I did of $75. Update: after contacting support they found proof of my order. The reason it wasn’t showing up at the store is because the employee entered my phone number as 1234123412.
