There were other cars at the location, but the staff was rude and unwilling to help. The employee who seemed to be the manager was especially unprofessional and falsely claimed he had tried to call me. I never received any call. Instead of owning their mistake, they were dismissive and offered no real solution. I also wasted money on cab fare getting to and from the location because they failed to honor the reservation. They showed no responsibility or accountability for a problem they caused. Very poor service. I would offer less than a 1 star if there is option for that!!!!!!

Don’t recommend. We should’ve been notified in time to find something else
