  I took my 2018 Jeep Renegade to Gerber Collision because thats who my insurance had available for me to go to. It was my first time with them, first wreck ever. I dropped my car off in December and was told they would update me with car updates through text, which they did. My car was there tor a whole month. Today, i went to go and pick my car up because it was ready and when i got there, there was still scratches in places that i thought was going to be fixed because thats what was on my claim. Under my hood, there was some wiring that was loose/hanging. I was a little disappointed because in my mind my car has been there for a month, I haven't called/ messaged them or bugged them about it, because i do not want to be that customer... but if my car is going to be there for that long then you'd think everything would be done how it should be. Especially, when i'm coming out of pocket as much as i did. I let the manager know about these things that I noticed and he offered to go ahead and take it back around and have the techs fix it. That was an extra 15 minute wait. Mind you, they only fixed the loose wiring under my hood, because the scratch that was still there was a whole panel that would probably take more time that i didn't have to let them do it. The manager could obviously see the frustration and before i left he did let it be known that I would get an email about a review. He told me that if i was going to leave a bad one then he'd "prefer" me to not make one at all because it could mess with his money and the estimator's money. I laughed, because i found that pretty messed up. If you have to go out your way to mention that, then they knew my car wasn't 100% from the start. What about the money I just paid? Does that not matter? I’m not satisfied with the time I wasted with them and money. But anybody would agree, that by this point you just want to take your car and go on as soon as possible especially when you’ve been without it for a whole month and that’s your main transportation.

  Hit a deer in Our truck..Drove the truck afterwards till Insurance company sent us here to be fixed and we had no problems with the headlights now a check engine light on but picked our truck up yesterday and the headlights want go off and they told us to take the battery cable off and also the check engine light is and on top of all that they took our change out of our console and we were told that whomever vacuumed it out vacuumed it up and Rose that works there offered us $5 to replace the change..Would not recommend this place to anyone..

  Rose and Doug were awesome.!!!! They were extremely quick to help me when my undershield was loose. Such a blessing since I am from out of town.
