If I wanted my car sprayed down with water I would’ve stayed home, 22 dollars to not have even washed the car is terrible.

Neat, orderly and well kept. Towels are are clean and no dirt. Love this location its so convenient. Loved dealing with Tyler. He's such a big help with is older ladies!

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I went in for a car wash because I had a lot of bird poop on the back drivers side of my car due to a lot of trees in my yard. I paid for the $10 wash before heading to kroger. When I got to the wash there were NO prewash steps done like there was before. I got to kroger and got out of my car and noticed the bird poop was still on my car. I went back to the car wash after kroger and had to flag down the heavy set lady there that was there the 1st time I went. She finally let me thru, I told her and showed her that I was just there and that the bird mess didn't come off. She said well sorry but we don't rewash $10 car washes but you can pay for another. Really??? The water is recycled. It wouldn't hurt you AT ALL to let me go thru and try to get the rest of this mess off. But it was AGAIN.... WE DONT REWASH $10 WASHES.. WOW. doesn't hurt you or cost you at all but ok. I WONT be back. Ridiculous practices.....rude customer service lady......
