  Sent it through a second time after the first didn't get all the dirt off my car, then it took the emblem off the front of my car and there was STILL dirt on the front and back of my car that I had to manually remove with a microfiber towel.

  Been a member for years, but i Just a noticed today, I didn’t get any benefits as Unlimited Premier Membership. Its just like basic car wash. Just soap and water, no wax no glazed amd even didnt get the tires polished!!! So i paid for $45/ mnth for nothing. Just be aware yall !!!!

  Love that they provide towels and cleaning spray. Vacuums always work trash is never over flowing. Employees are friendly and helpful. They also just came iut with a family plan for membership which is a nice option for multiple vehicles.

  Very rude associates just clearly do not want to do their job. I work in customer service and he was incredibly rude I would be in trouble if I spoke to customers like that. He very obviously did not want to do his job. Screamed at my husband that our bar code will not work if it’s not on the window after we expressed we did not want it on the window in our nice car. We told him if we had to put it on there after years of not having it on the window then we would cancel and he walked away in the middle of us talking to him.

  (Dallas Ga) If you can find a next carwash, go there!!! This car wash is always dirty. I've had a monthly membership for years. Customer service and cleanliness was much better back then when Bruce was the manager. This new manager, African-American guy has the worst customer service and attitude. You're a manager at a car wash, you're not doing brain surgery, Relax!!! Learn to treat your customers with respect, as we're the ones that's contributing to your check. On 3/13/26 I use my membership to wash my car and then was walking back with my debit card to pay for my son's car wash. The manager assume we were sharing membership. Ask a question first before trying to insult/belittle your customers. When he realized I was giving my son my debit card to pay for his car wash, he didn't even apologize for his outburst, but rather turn his back and walked off. Learn some professionalism. Learn some customer service. Learn how to talk to people. Recently, the vacuums never seems to work and the ones that works, the suction is weak. I have to bring my own tire shine because the tire shine machine barely ever shines your tire or even work. You'd be lucky to find towels and when you do, they are dirty and greasy. There's a bunch of new car washes around the perimeter. Don't get sucked into this dirty one just because it's close by. I patronize businesses that respects me and provide services that I'm paying for.
