  I had an absolutely incredible experience at Strickland Brothers on East Paulding Drive in Dallas, Georgia. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was top-tier and genuinely stood out in every way. I brought in my 16-year-old son’s car for its very first oil change and the entire experience made what could have been a routine visit feel special and reassuring as a parent. My technicians Kyle, Jaden, and Shawnee were all fantastic. They were professional, kind, and engaging throughout the entire visit. What really impressed me was how they treated me like a valued, loyal customer even though it was my first time there. That level of respect and attentiveness is rare and truly appreciated. A special thank you to Kyle, who went above and beyond to assist me today. His effort, patience, and willingness to help made a lasting impression and really elevated the whole experience. Overall, the service was fast, friendly, and exceptional. I will absolutely be returning and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, efficient, and genuinely kind service.

  Amazing service The day I went they were rather busy, which shows you how many people trust their services. Though I had to wait a while, it taught me quality takes time. It isn’t rushed and sloppy. Julien, one of the service technicians, treated my vehicle and I with ample care. He taught me vehicle terminology, showed me how to check my oil light (always wondered how other technicians I went to in the past did it but I never Googled it lol), and recommended me oil products that will help maintain my vehicle in the long run. Will come here again and I recommend Strickland Brothers Dallas to anybody in Paulding County

  I typically get my oil changed at the dealership I purchased the truck from, but I was in a time crunch and needed my oil changed before going out of town. I drive by this place often and see the 25% off for military banner hanging from one of the bay openings, so I decided to stop by and get my oil changed. I paid $111 for a full synthetic oil change AFTER the 25% discount was applied! On what planet does it cost $139 for a basic oil change?! They didn't even check the other fluids or any of the lights on the truck! I will NEVER get an oil change from this company again.
