I went straight thru the wash, dried my car quickly, and went to vacuum but they had turned the vacuums off already it was only 6:26. They were still accepting payment and putting cars thru the wash so multi cars weren't going to be able to vacuum. I left and still need to vacuum my car somewhere else.
- GLGarrett LyleDec 13, 20251.0I was hesitant to leave a review to give the staff an opportunity to make things better. Unfortunately nothing has been done to repair a damage to my vehicle. On November 11th I came in to get my truck washed which turned out to be a mistake. Apparently assuming a carwash would actually wash my truck was too much to ask cause I still had dirt in places and received no tire-shine. Which would be fine, I get things happen and I could go back thru the wash. Unfortunately when inspecting my vehicle I realized that the wash also tore off the trim on the rear of the cab. So I was not gonna go back thru, I just re washed my truck at home. When telling them about the damage they said they couldn’t do anything and to call the corporate office, so I called and was told they couldn’t do anything and to go to the store (LOL… okay). I had to revisit this place to be told no managers were on site and to come back, so I came back another day and they finally took my info. Today is December 13th and nothing has been done yet. I have called 5 times over the last month and unfortunately my phone calls have been ignored. Unacceptable customer service. FYI - if you want your car washed, go to Tidal wave or Mister. I would be hesitant to take my vehicle to this place…

- AAAustin ArvidsonNov 23, 20252.0Not a good first experience. After trying to be up sold for a membership on my first visit I go to use some of the vacuums and they don’t work that’s fine. I move my car vacuum out 1/2 of it go to the other half and the other side of the vacuum doesn’t work so I have to move my car again. Having to move your car two times when it’s not even crowded just to get a vacuum that works is not an experience you would expect at a car wash like this. Maybe you guys should worry about your equipment working instead of trying to upsell for memberships why would I wanna come back somewhere when stuff doesn’t work?
