  I've been coming here since moving to the area, about 8 months now. Never has anyone told me you need to vacuum AFTER the car wash. I went there today, there were about 4 employees standing at the payment stations, one woman came over to say that the vacuum comes with the car wash. I told her I was aware and that I do the car wash after the vacuum. Apparently, that's no longer allowed. After the car wash I like to take off and drive on the highway to finish drying the car before water stains set in. I find vacuuming afterwards inconvenient. I've always thought this place a little pushy, like I get you want to upscale customers but I don't need a button pusher to select my car wash everytime. Even then, I always tipped but after this experience, I'm done. I've worked in customer service for years and anyone with basic skills would have said, "okay well carry on but please keep in mind for next time to vacuum last" or something to the effect. Like was she really that worried that I was going to drive away with a free vacuum and no car wash. One look at my car and you could tell, I was there for the wash. Rather than waste my time arguing I just left. I wanted to find a new place anyway and now I will. Two stars because the drive through wash does a decent job.

  I occasionally stop at this car wash for its convenience and proximity during my early afternoons. Every time that I have gone previously I have been able to get a quick and efficient cleaning for my car. Unfortunately, on yesterday’s trip I cannot say the same. I drove up to the point of sale where the gentleman was very helpful. I proceeded to the car wash facility after payment as usual, deciding to stop by the vacuum station afterwards. While at the vacuum station, I decided to simply move parking spots to access a vacuum unavailable at my original parking spot. As I was cleaning my car out at my secondary parking spot, a female employee approached me about paying for a wash in order to access the vacuum. I stated to her I had already paid for a car wash. This entire interaction has made me reconsider coming back to the car wash. Especially if taking my time to throughly vacuum leads to employees questioning my status as a paying customer.

  A good car wash place. I was happy with the service. I really like the attention given to me as a customer. The place was neat and clean. I do wish they had towels available and tire inflating along with the existing air nozzles for blowing dust. I will be returning to this good place.

  I like how quickly I was in and out. The place was very clean and organized. My car looked good after getting the Titanium car wash option. My recommendation would be to get tire inflating services along with the existing air gun as other places have this service available.

  Apparently there is new management and the vacuums are no longer free. Only free to those with a membership. Which means it’s not free. Small sign by the vacuums was pointed out by an employee after she saw me drive up and proceeded to stop me from using the “free” vacuum. The big sign out front that says “Free Vacuums” has not change. So. I think that sucks and is stupid.
