Had an issue with one of the units reckoning, so Kim, the manager waived my fees allowing me time for the unit to come on line. Such a nice gesture and even nicer associates that work with her. The nicest young man immediately said he would do it. I was in and out in no time and they told me that I didn’t owe anything! Customer service is alive and well at Mavis Tires on Ridge Road in Dallas GA! Thank you so much!

Turns out it was a bad valve stem .I appreciated them not automatically trying to sell me a new tire. I recommend Mavis for tire work! Also they have free self service air here.

I had a pretty bad experience with the Hiram location which is 5 mins from me but I’d rather drive 30 mins to great service anyday! Will definitely be back and highly recommend!
- SOSarah OrrNov 14, 20251.0I would give zero stars if I could, hands down worst experience I’ve ever had, they put the wrong tires on my jeep and refuse to swap them out with the right ones! I even told them they didn’t have to be brand new, the customer service was terrible that day, I had an appointment when they opened and told the front desk girl i was going to WALK my daughter across to the salon to get our nails done while we waited. I come out of the nail salon and they haven’t touched my car at all! Then I find out they moved my car to the very end because they said I was coming back later even though that’s not what i said. I had to call my then bf at the time to come down and handle the situation because they were so rude to me and I wasnt from ga at all, they finally put my tires on and forced me to get a free alignment that I didn’t need to make up for the inconvenience, my jeep now clanks, has since we left. Fast forward a few months and we get a bad rain and the driveway is muddy, I went down in fwd and nearly wrecked with all three kids !!! My tires were bit gripping ! I slid sideways down the driveway and when I got out of the driveway I inspected the tires to learn I have STREET TIRES ON MY JEEP!!!!!! I’ve never ever looked to make sure they put the right tires on, the girl in the phone said it was a mistake on the call centers end and she would contact corp and see if she could fix the issue. I was supposed to have all terrain tires as that’s the only kind I keep on my jeep and my cars in general, now I have to spend hundreds of dollars I don’t have to spare to fix someone else’s mistake. I would never recommend them.
